My Story section
I’ve spent most of my life in the water. Being a navy family, my childhood was spent divided between the tropical waters of Florida and rugged shorelines of Washington. Some of my earliest memories are of my mom taking my sister and I to swim nearly everyday in the clear oceans of the Sunshine State and my dad purchasing his first boat. Over the years my dad slowly upgraded to 60 ft. craft (The Kinship) and we began to glide up and down the pacific coast every opportunity we got.
Since finding skilled marine labor can be a challenge, my dad and a couple of shipwrights began to train me in ship maintenance. From remolding staterooms with leaky galvanized fuel tanks to cleaning bilges in super yachts, I quickly realized that there is a lot of opportunity for work.
Working as a ship hand I gained experience and sea time to test and receive a 100 ton master captains license (Able Body Seaman Special, STCW 95) and while working for Tow Boat US servicing the straits of San Juan de Fuca, a coworker convinced to get certified in Scuba Diving in 2017. This was one of the best decisions of my life. I began diving into hull inspecting, zinc replacements, cutting ropes out of propellers, and everything and anything underwater. I fell in love with water all over again. Ever since I have been actively growing my scuba diving operations and would love to add you to my growing list of happy customers!
